Mia creates pen & ink drawings occasionally mixed with watercolour and often embellished with gold leaf. A wide variety of subjects include butterflies, birds and skulls - she loves capturing detail which isn't easily seen. She also enjoys completing commissions in other mediums such as watercolour, pastels or coloured pencil – usually pets but also buildings which have meaning for the customer such as churches.

Mia also runs a small printing studio, Babbabing, and reproduces her work as giclée prints or on a selection of merchandise such as mugs, coasters and notebooks
