Order Dispatch

Artists aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days, unless they have agreed an alternative timeline with you directly. 

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Packaging, Shipping & Insurance

Artists are responsible for safely packaging, shipping, and insuring your artwork.

After You Order

●      For original artworks, sculptures, or limited-edition prints, the artist may offer a phone call to confirm delivery timings and answer any questions about your purchase or delivery.

●      They will also confirm how your artwork will be delivered based on its value and fragility.

Delivery Notifications

● If your order is delivered by DPD, you will receive text messages: one when the item is collected, and another on delivery day with a one-hour time window. You can track or change delivery details via these messages.

Certificate of Authenticity

Most limited editions and many originals include a certificate of authenticity, which will be sent with your artwork.

Packaging Standards

Your artwork will always be carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. We use appropriate protective materials and sturdy packaging suited to the type of artwork, whether prints, framed pieces, or sculptures. Rest assured, your order will be handled with the utmost care throughout shipping.

Shipping Requirements

Your artwork is shipped with a fully traceable and insured courier for peace of mind.

Returns

●      If you change your mind, you may return artwork within 14 days under The Art Exhibitionists Returns Guarantee.

●      Returned items must be sent back in the original packaging following our standards. We accept no liability for damage during return transit if packaging guidelines are not followed.
