Join The Art Exhibitionists for a comprehensive and supportive Life Drawing course designed to develop your skills through practical exercises and collaborative learning.
About the Classes:
You’ll be part of a friendly group of fellow artists, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate, share feedback, and grow together. In these tutored sessions, two team members will be present alongside William Rowsell to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
About William:
William Rowsell is a highly skilled artist with a deep focus on figurative and life drawing. Trained at The Cheshire School of Art and Design and Manchester Polytechnic, William further enhanced his expertise through postgraduate studies at Central St Martins and recently completed the prestigious Online Drawing Development Year at The Royal Drawing School (2022–23).
With over 30 years of experience as a freelance illustrator, printmaker, and fine artist, William's work centers on capturing life as it unfolds—particularly through fashion illustration, live dance drawing, and figurative studies. He combines traditional drawing techniques with a contemporary approach, emphasizing movement, expression, and the delicate balance of the human form, including clothed figures inspired by fashion design.
William has exhibited extensively, including with the Oxford Printmakers Cooperative and various arts organizations, and his work is held in private and public collections. His rich background in both teaching and practice makes him an inspiring tutor for life drawing classes, guiding students through technical mastery and personal expression.
